Randolph County
Randolph County offers miles of rural roadways for
cycling and a pair of historic towns to explore. Cuthbert, the county
seat, and Shellman contain historic districts listed in the National
Register of Historic Places. Cuthbert is also home to historic Andrew
College and is the birthplace of jazz legend Fletcher Henderson, whose
